    •  We use the Le Mieux skincare line for our facial treatments. Le Mieux specializes in regenerative formulas and post-procedure, anti-inflammatory solutions that include a wide array of skin-perfecting serums that suit each individual’s unique skin signature. High-tech, skin-preserving formulas are firmly positioned at the forefront of the constantly evolving skincare industry, where professionals and consumers lead the way.
  2.  WHICH TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR YOUR SERVICES AND PRODUCT LINE? 
    • Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit cards, checks, Venmo, and Cash App
    • Gratuities are not included in the service price and are at the discretion of the client
  3. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
    • Yes, with a 3 month expiration period 
  4. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
    • Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment a 24-hour notice is much appreciated.

    • We back the skin care line 100%. In the event that you are not satisfied with skincare or body product. you will be given your money back if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  6. SHOULD I EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE A BREAKOUT AFTER MY FACIAL SERVICE?
    • The short answer is no. The products we use are not irritating to the skin and should not cause breakouts to surface. In fact, having a facial is recommended to speed the healing process and relieve the discomfort of current acne lesions. 
  7. WHAT SHOULD I EXPERIENCE AFTER MY FACIAL?
    • You will leave your service feeling hydrated and relaxed and your skin will look healthy and glowing. If your appointment is later in the day we typically prepare your skin for the night and no cleansing is necessary before bed. If your service is completed early in the day protection products will be applied and cleansing before bed will be recommended. 
  8. SHOULD I HAVE A FACIAL IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?
    • Yes. There are many factors involved in sensitive skin and sometimes a facial service can help determine through diagnosis what you can do at home to both offer relief for your current state as well as prevent your condition from worsening.
